ISC Rectangular Magnets are engineered to lift 8-9 billets, each measuring 100 sq. mm and up to 12 meters in length. These robust magnets are capable of handling both cold and hot billets, withstanding temperatures of up to 600°C at the billet core. Proven in steel plants worldwide, a single Rectangular Magnet can efficiently lift 12-meter-long billets throughout an entire working shift, particularly over continuous casting skid banks. This innovative design allows users to replace the traditional practice of using two Rectangular Lifting Magnets with a spreader beam, optimizing operational efficiency. Additionally, we offer double magnets on spreader beams with the same lifting capacity, ensuring flexibility and reliability in your lifting operations.
ISC Bundle Lifting Magnets are specifically designed for lifting straight and "U" bend TMT bundles. Our solution consists of multiple magnets arranged along a long spreader beam, accommodating machine-tied TMT bundles with lengths varying from 6 to 12 meters.
