Circular Lifting Electro-Magnets

This is Circular Lifting Electro-Magnets With deep penetrating field to lift scrap and other diversified forms of ferrous materials. ISC Lifting Magnets are highly effective for handling iron and steel in diversified forms. Ports, Steel Industries and Scrap yards use magnets extensively to lift scrap, ingots, rail, beam, plates , coils etc. ISc Lifting Magnets have always proved their worth by saving labour , increasing productivity and effectively shortening handling time. The design and manufacture of each ISC Lifting Magnet is the result of continuous effort from the Singh Group of Industries. Starting as a scrap trading concern in 1940, this group has grown into a web of companies manufacturing engineering products for various industrial sectors. For over 40 years the Singh Group has used and studied magnets of diverse size, makes and types in their own steel plants and scrap yards. Result – the ISC Lifting Magnet – an extremely user-friendly product from the point operation, maintenance and repair along with protective measures to prevent breakdown. Self Clean Magnetic Separator

This is for Self Clean or Cross Belt Electro-Magnetic Separator The Cross Belt Magnetic Separators provide a continuous and automatic discharge of collected tramp iron. It is suspended over conveyer with a powerful Rectangular Magnet which pulls out tramp iron. A cleated self cleaning belt discharges the tramp iron into a suitable receptacle, placed at the side of the conveyer away from the material in process. As the automatic suspended Magnet never requires cleaning, there is no need to stop the conveyer. This is useful where the Magnet has to remove large quantities of tramp iron from the material to be cleaned. There is no danger of tramp iron dropping back onto the conveyer and re-contaminating the material in process. The Cross Belt Magnetic Separator automatically discharges removed iron at right angles to the main conveyer travel. This separator can be installed anywhere along the conveyer line, and in some applications at an angle over the material discharge. Suspended Magnetic Separator

This is for Suspended Electro-Magnetic Separator The heart of all type of separators consists of one Powerful Electromagnet operating on Direct Current. The iron parts are made of high permeability mild steel and the parts are designed for most efficient magnetic field distribution and to produce maximum force density at a selected working distance from the magnet face. The bottom plate is made of heavy stainless steel plate. It is structurally rugged. The other design features include Class ‘H’ fiberglass insulated E. C. Grade Aluminum or in some cases Copper wound Coils, vacuum impregnated for higher operating strength and better heat dissipation. Oil Cooled Magnets: The Oil Cooled Magnets are provided with External Oil Expansion Tank and the feature has helped the prevention of Coil Burning. Heat and moisture, the greatest enemies of electromagnets, are effectively controlled by the expansion tank, which assures that the coils are always completely immersed in cooling oil. Competitive units provide space within the magnet housing where damaging condensation forms when moist air seeps in through the pressure relief valve as the magnet cools. The breather provided at the expansion tank traps the moisture and keeps it out of the magnet. Replaceable Stainless Steel Impact Plate to prevent damage to the magnet face.
